Does anyone know of a place (gym) that holds general fitness classes with emphasis on flexibility and body toning? I am tired of being unfit but need a dedicated class. Can't do it on my own.

This is exactly what I wanted. The website only gives a schedule for Feb so I will call them. This looks ideal. I guess though that there are no mixed classes.

richard i just started in aspire beginning of this month, and i am impressed. Although the class dont mix, but their instructors are really good. You have 2 or 3 classes every the hour and spoiled with the choices.

For QR 150 a month cant really complain.

I will check out Aspire's website. The only prob with Aspire is that it is far from where I live and work and I don't want any excuses not to attend.

Spicemom, do they not do mixed classes in Qatar?
