Copy-Burn CD/DVD Media in Mac for Free

one of the most common question that I encountered, is how will I copy or burn a CD/DVD media without the use of third party burning software for mac, is there any available third party applications that I can use to burn some files maybe if I need it later for advance burning option, or is there any built-in mac applications that I can use to copy any CD/DVD media and transfer those contents to a new or blank CD/DVD for my back up purposes?
