Can anyone tell me the reputation/goodwill of the commercial bank of qatar as a company and as an employer in the market. Any idea as to how do they treat their people etc?

I have friends at CBQ - A Senior Manager position will typically command a monthly package of between QAR 40-45,000. This would include housing, transport, utilities, air tickets etc. Schooling is extra and you bonus can be between 3 to 6 months salary.

What are usually salary packages for the banks in the qatar region for a sr. manager/director level expat package? what all does the package usually comprise off? Any idea.....any help will be appreciated

Probably together with QNB it is one of the best local banks here. I believe their packages are at the top end of the scale.
