Last week we go there (same group but not all) its was ok the only comment last week is they are trying to shut up the customer and not to make noise why is this a library? then last night me and my friends ( we are all 28) decided to comeback in that said venue COLUMBIANO (take note its a new shop) bec. we see that this is a nice venue to held a meeting new and clean but while waiting for the other members the GM(Fat and small guy) tells us not allowed to take photos its ok for us but pls. say it in a nice way not shouting he has no manners. and one thing why u make ur shop with a nice interior if u dont want to show it in public just a waste of money right? much better make it in black color same on his attitude.marketing strategy is bad need to send this guy to attend a seminar on how u treat your customer.
But infairness not all bad the other manager is good (the tall one) and the crew are great friendly and attentive.
And Paging Baladiya! why they allowed smokers inside the shop at the second floor without proper ventilation (exhause fan) i thought u have campaign about this? why u allowed this? bec. this shop is better than Stabucks? hehehe... i hope so!
