Childhood disease

Just wanted to know if in Qatar exists a similar Vaccination programm against childhood diseases like i know it here.For example against measles,polio,rubella...
and is it obliging or unsolicitous?
hmmm,sorry if my question sounds funny in some ears but really i am thinking about it and i am happy if anyone can help me in this.
