Saw Teflon Tony's interview yesterday. He was slick as usual and slithered his way through the interview..

Love or hate him, he does have charisma - similar to Clinton and mandela...

So, the question ... I Charisma the most important trait... AND , are some people born with it...

in addition to what has already been said about being confident and believing in oneself, its got a lot to do with interpersonal skills, that is, the ability to manipulate his/her ego levels to suit the occasion and the person infront..

Self believe is a fundamental need of leaders..thats why they got charisma.they truly believe on themselves.
