Saw Teflon Tony's interview yesterday. He was slick as usual and slithered his way through the interview..
Love or hate him, he does have charisma - similar to Clinton and mandela...
So, the question ... I Charisma the most important trait... AND , are some people born with it...

in addition to what has already been said about being confident and believing in oneself, its got a lot to do with interpersonal skills, that is, the ability to manipulate his/her ego levels to suit the occasion and the person infront..
Yes Brit - if you have charisma it certainly helps you charm your way through life!
Surely , If you exude charisma, then confidence is a by product..
I do believe that "Confidence" as well something specials from GOD.

Self believe is a fundamental need of leaders..thats why they got charisma.they truly believe on themselves.

So, people like Gandhi, Hitler, Clinton, Mandela were able to recognise that they had this trait. Whereas, Bush, Brown, Bank e Moon haven't ....
No...the "Y" factor. Everyone has it. You need only to cultivate it.
Yes...the "X" factor. Not everyone has it. Something one needs to be born with I believe.
