chance for MBBS doctors in Qatar?
I am an MBBS doctor from kerala, India.
I plan to go to Qatar with my family (wife and little lad).
what are the openings? how are the pay?
how safe is it to take the family??
how expenseive is living in Qatar?
if you have any idea esp about openings, please be kind to inform me.
if your an indian doc.. I'd go to the uk..
cuz my husband just got a job interview from QP and the pay sucked compared to what he earns here..
But from a previous friend who was given an indian doc salary.. he was offered 16,000 QAR a month + 11k for housing allowance and all of his children school fees paid + a yearly bonus.
If that sounds pretty good to you..
You will get lots of Indian doc here working in the hospitals. They surely will help you. Come here first and look around.

From what I hear from this forum, it is always not a best way to search for a job after landing in this country. You should apply and get interviewed in your land where you can negotiate the salary etc.
