Dear MAF Carrefour,
Very worst customers service I purchased Yesterday 26/March /2019 a laptop in carrefour city center branch the new laptop it’s very slow and WiFi dual band is not working they took my laptop today 27/March/2019 they are saying it will take 15 days for service center worst worst customers service
I didn’t expect from carrefour
Worst customers experience and I got fully frustrated
I don’t want the same laptop which is quality is bad
very worst i will not recommend my friends and colleagues to buy products anymore there

First of all, the laptop you bought was through your own choice. Possibly, you chose something that was a cheap one just to save on your cash. Secondly, Carrefour does not manufacture laptops. It just sells various brands manufactured by different companies. Thirdly, in situations such as yours, any retailer such as Carrefour will simply send the item over to the agents who will solve the issues in the laptop or simply give you a replacement. This may take time as it is not in the hands of Carrefour. I hope you understand things clearly now. Fuming and foaming at Carrefour is not the right thing to do.
Just get yourself a cold glass of banana juice at any of the juice stalls in Doha and enjoy the drink, sipping it slowly. It will help bring your body temperature down a bit. Doha is getting a bit hot these days.
