when do you feel the vibrations, is it when you are driving (cruising)? if so then its your wheel, must be one of the balancer on the hub was removed while you are driving. or you need a wheel alignment as well.
if you feel it even when you are stationary(stop) & engine in idle. then it must be on the engine side.
either one, you need to take it to the garage, the mechanics will be the best to troubleshoot whats wrong with your car.

It may require a good mechanic to identify the cause. I would suggest check wheel balancing before you start anything.
