Car Ownership Transfer info....

Hello Friends,

I have a simple doubt....Do it need to show or present the car in the traffic department during the car ownership transfer??? If in case the car is in service center for maintenance, still can do the ownership transfer OR not? I appreciate your valuable replies.

Not at all. Just need the previous owner and new owner with their IDs with them.
