CanadianVisaExpert genuine or not?

I came accross CanadianVisaExpert site, just wondering if the site is spam or genuine. Does anybody know about it or any site which you have experience to be legitimate.

Please suggest on genuine sites/service to apply for Canada/Australia/US immigration please.
