Possibly moving to Doha, but there are some questions I need answered

1- can i get a 3 bed villa in a compound or good residential area for 15000 qar per month however I would prefer to pay 12000??? can you name good areas to stay??? if this is too low how much more would I expect to pay?

2 how much can I expect to pay for utilities/insurances

3 is 1200qar for food enough for 2 adults and 2kids

4 what can I expect to pay for a nursery place and can anyone recomend one  

5 is there vehicle leasing or does everyone buy - is 2500qar per month enough to lease insure tax and petrol/deisel for an SUV

6 in the uk I need to pay council tax are there any taxes I should expect to pay in doha related to housing? 

7 is it safe to hire a driver and how much would this cost a month? do they live with you???

8 what would it cost to join a healthclub/spa type place and can you reccomend one

9 what do you like best about livimg in qatar???

I will be giving up my job here in the uk to be a full time mum! Maybe once I am settled I will look for a job but the role I do is maily sales and customer service manager and to be honest i am a bit fed up with it. Good luck with your new job,let me know waht it's like

1.qar15000/m, u can get fully furnished, excellent villa,excellent compound/service, and excellent area. western neighbourhood.

2. summer time-all AC on for 24 hours......1000qar / m

3. i have 2 adults + 3 kids, spent 1200qar +/- / month on food (eat all they can). (no eat out)

4. nursery....QAR 1150 - 1400QAR / month, run by westerners.

5. 2500qar is for a 2L saloon car///SUV, need 3500/m onwards.

6. no tax on housing, except rental.

7. driver? really safe, take on call basis (fix driver)

8. 5 star health club....8000qar/year...good brand, good facilities. [but fully booked]

9. qatar ? what do i like ? safe place, and good $$$ :)
