no you cannot use the debit card for online transaction. other than for Qtel payments
now I know why they deduct that amount, for accidents in bed maybe, coz I'm not covered by Insurance on that one... but I wrap!! :-P
with a person like you accidents can happen in BED ALSO .
SO ITS OK dont worry :D
and they cut $10/ month as accident care, when I'm fully insured outside of it :-(... do something and take that off :-P
