Can I Travel To Qatar To Get NOC from Court

Hi,

I have cleared my personal loan from Mashreq Bank doha which was pending since past nine year on 26.06.2018 and since then I am waiting for my NOC.

I received a letter from bank stating that I have cleared the dues, bank informed us to submit this letter to Court which is located in Al-Saad for court clearance certificate.

I tried to submit letter thru my friend but officer in court refused to accept by saying it should be submitted by blood relation. Now I do not have relatives there with same family name.

In regards, am I eligible to travel Qatar on visit visa to submit letter in court to get clearance?

Urgently & badly need legal advise.
