I think you may find that the age limits of 21 and 25 is only if the children are in full time education and/or not married or working.

Most of the family when they arrive for the first time come on the works visa sponsored by the company that they are working for. I can sure say that for my company. Once you get here and have your RP processed only then can you tranfer the family over to your sponsorship.

So the Question is a baby can on a work visa is YES..

last i heard babies were only issued "Pain in the Arse" visas..

kids are part of the family visa rule but only up to the age of 21 (for men) and 25 (for women)..

probably the new formula mik testing company are recruiting, no accommodation necessary just a crib. No complaints except screams and the best thing is they don't have to pay salaries only the pamper changes. lol lol lol lol

They never give the babies monthly allowance in spite of their 'work' approved with a working visa. Heck! They never even get to sign a contract! How will they get a proper NOC after that??
