Mini Bungee LOL...Now that sounds like a fit for me...

I don't think it's a question of it not being allowed. To my knowledge no-one offers it in Doha. Don't know why as I think it would be quite popular. I bungeed in new Zealand. Wheeeeeee!

I've bungee jumped. It's compelling, terrifying, exciting and exhiliarating all at the same time. As soon as I'd done it I wanted to do it all over again :)
