Firstly let me congratulate the new Emir Shaikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani. I wish he will address the issues faced by the expats in qatar in terms of salaries specially in the private sector and also the NOC factor since its a long standing Issue. anyway i wish him all the success as the new Emir and i wish he will make Qatar even more greater.
