Body Shop

Does anyone know of a reliable body shop? I have some damage on my 6 year old Ford which needs attention. The car is not worth much so I don't want to spend much. Mainly needs work done to the bumpers and some paintwork. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Woops...I thought the subject was about The Body Shop...lotions, makeup, etc.

My husband would have gotten a good "blonde moment" laugh out of that one.
