Getting a bit frustrated with my BB9700. I take very good care of my equipment and i inturn expect them to service me well - off late i've changed my one year old BB battery but worst of all during calls it suddenly get muted - by itself. Really frustrating and not sure what the problem it. Time to pick up that iphone 4 - got partners who state that you need to get used to typing on that virtual keyboard for emails. If that is the case - i'll give it a try
A major setback to the BlackBerry when used for business is constant access to work. At first, receiving and sending work-related emails seems convenient and efficient in communicating with your boss, customers or co-workers. However, when you begin the habit of quick replies on vacations or weekends, the BlackBerry may become your ball and chain. Your boss and co-workers will acclimate to constant communication, and suddenly ignoring company emails can have negative effects. This is especially true if your BlackBerry is provided by an employer with demanding deadlines.

it depends on how you can use all functions of BB in your daily life.If you will not maximize all of the function, better to get a simple mobile.
