I’m a knuckle-head and have a knack for putting my big foot into my even bigger mouth. Earlier today at work, some of us were chatting together when a co-worker offered us her M&Ms. The first thing out of my mouth was, “I love it when a woman offers me her candy”. :-/

From a shop belonging to this couple who were both remarried having lost both their former spouses to tragic deaths. When she was negotiating the price I blurted out completely in jest "oh come on, you only get married once,right" yikes! You can imagine how much I blushed in shame when the guy goes, very kindly "well that's upto Allah, you know"
ALL of them left the thread itself :-(

Good morning babycakes... Well, I was at a leaving do last week and my friend's dad came over to chat to me, he was doing the usual very old man harmless flirting thing and said to me I'm still so young in mind but I'm 70 years old and I responded back with "is that it?" very loudly but I was meaning to flatter him so I should've said, you don't look it! To be fair to me, I was a little tipsy! It wouldn't have been such a big deal but there were about 10 people chatting in our little group and they all heard :-(
