Biella not so good?
If any of you have ever read the restaurant post, you know that I LOVE Biella. It has been one of my favorite restaurants in Doha. However, the last 3 times I've gone, the food is different. My husband and I always order the same sandwich. I maybe picky but it was better when they were using the Roma tomatoes. Now, the tomatoes are the light pink kind. The sandwich also used to be not too big but filling. Now, it's very small. Also, my Dad and stepmom where here on one of our visits to Biella. It was during the lunch hour so we didn't get our usual server(she was outside). Normally, we have wonderful service but this different waitress was terrible and rude. Anyway, I'm not trying to give Biella a bad name. I just want to know if anyone else has noticed a change? Maybe they have a new chef?

Where is this Biela?
The first time we went to Biela the food was excellent but the service not very good, she even forgot the salad that we ordered ... but anyway that happens, the last time i went everything was perfect food and service, i am waiting for my next time there, i really like it :)
My husband and I went back to Biella on Christmas Eve and it was wonderful. It tasted just like it did before. My husband even wanted to get a an extra sandwich togo. Great service as well! Thanks!
You are so sweet. However, we weren't going to stop going to Biella. My husband and I both have worked in the restaurant buisness and understand hwo things can be. We just wanted to see if there were any changes made at Biella.
Nissa is such a sweetheart. She's an amazing server that really knows how to interact with guests. There is a guy also, I can't remember his name but he has dark rimmed glasses. Anyway, he is also a great server.

First of all, I thank you, for your concern with the quality of our food and most especially our service, as well with your continous patronage. I am so deeply sorry for what you and your family experience that day. I myself have no excuse, It is just nice to have a loyal guest which shows concern regarding their favourite restaurants.
FYI: Don't worry our Chef is still the same, it just so happen, that the quality of the raw material at that time, perhaps I could say that it's really not our standards, same with our supplier for the ciabatta bread for panini, but we already dealt with that, with our suppliers, and I and my manager make sure that this instance, would be avoided.

ESL, i remember they offered for you to come in and try it again. They are a wonderful company and care about customer service. This is why this is so disappointing for me. I think I might send them a note.
Sorry to hear about your bad expeerience. I ordered some food a month ago (it was their pasta and chocolate cake) and it was pretty excellent.
You should register a complaint unlike most establishments here, they will actually listen and potentially implement changes.
