Bhavans (COMMERCIAL) School

We recently moved from UAE to Qatar and my daughter was admitted at Bhavan's for UKG. I want to move my daughter to another school and when I applied for TC they said that they will not give a TC with a PASS on it if she doesn't continue with the school.
What should I do ? Should I approach the education council? I could understand that many other parents are facing similar issues. It's been completely commercialized and NO values at all is being taught.

UKG needs a bonafide certificate and not a TC...
I have enrolled my kid too at BHAWANS for 1st standard..Seeing many comments here on QL against BHAWANS, i am in dilemma now.
take your kid to another school and admit there. They dont need a UKG certificate. just write the admission test and get admitted.

Don't threaten to report them to the SEC! Report Bhavan first and don't tell them anything, that way they won't have time to prepare a story when the SEC contacts them.
Also try and get Bhavan to put their threat on an email that way you will have proof.
Who are they to refuse the TC? Threaten them that you will straight way go and report to the SEC. Go with the suggestion of Green Tech.
cannot expect anything more from a school like bhavans...

Also a friend of mine wanted to move his ward and they said they need to pay the first term fee completely if they have to get a TC.. this is ridiculous.....
Threaten "if you do so you I will take this up with Supreme Education Council"...
Complain with Supreme Education Council even if they agree to give you the TC with pass... as they tried to force you...
