Beware of Cheater-Pehal Dealer in UmGhawalina

I would like to share my experience with Rukun Al Qala Trading & Contg. TV Channel Card Dealer in Umm Ghuwalina - Ras Aboud Street.

The manager Jose made a promise and took the money for six month in advance in late May 08 to provide 1 month free viewing on Pehla Silver but after 6 months service was disconnected and on asking he said that he can not help in this as company has changed it's policy and above all was very rude in replying.

That is the counteraffect of having monopoly on certain things and at the end consumer suffers of such unprofessional services.

Another point to keep in mind while dealing here on daily basis with this kind of dealers.
