i used to opine that inner beauty was all that mattered and still place it above beauty alone; however, now that my parents are trying to find me a wife, I find myself saying no to potential matches purely because i don't like their picture; which leads me to the conclusion that when push comes to shove, looks play a major role too. Call me shallow for saying that but yeah there you go.

The personality of a person leaves a pleasant, long-lasting mark on the minds of others. It moulds the thinking of people thus encouraging them to emulate the personality. Beauty, on the other hand, is usually short-lived and fades away with the passage of time.
