Barwa Village registration from June 14
DOHA: Barwa Real Estate company will start registration of tenants for commercial and residential properties at Barwa Village under construction in Al Wakra from June 14. The first phase of registration will continue until June 30.
The company has announced the rental prices of the properties. A studio apartment will be available at QR2,500 per month while a one-bed room facility will cost QR3,000. The monthly rent for a two-bed apartment is fixed at QR4,500. Shops with 84 square metre area is priced at QR10,700 per month.

This is in wakrah...and the rents are more (almost double)than the ones in Mesamieer...wonder why?....
Gosh...they are expecting the Musherib guys to land up in Wakrah and that too pay QR 3,000 & 4,500 rent!!!!
Would like to see the response the project would get....
cheap rent for housing.Better be early to apply there.
