Bad Service (lol)

Ever been into a busy restaurant, sat down, and had to wait for a LONG
BLOODY TIME with all the waiters running around serving other
customers? With no one even bothering to come and ask if you've been
attended to yet?

Doesn't it REALLY get on your nerves?

Do you want to get them back for making you wait and wasting your time?

Do this:

For the BEST customer service I have encountered, go to the Macaroni Grill at Villagio. They seat you and see to drinks straight away, give you fresh bread while you are waiting and never fail to smile and make you feel welcome. The food is lovely, even though it is in a mall, it is still special in my opinion.

You have to go past Al Bandar and you see a hotel at the cross junction. go straight about 50M. it is on to your right.

to za moda. the lesson I learned is to place the order prior to showering at home AND to ask for the check once you walk in
