You need to first get the relevant documents from your landlord, which includes duly filled form to municipality with details of tenant and landlord, location sketch, electricity bill for last month, NOC , original contract sealed and signed, QID of owner and tenant..etc. Once you have these documents, visit the municipality office of your area. They will charge you 1% of the annual rent as fee for attestation.
