ASD International Chamber Series
Yesterday I went to the concert with few friends.
There were 5 musicians, Sonja Park – Piano, Lilya and Alie Bekirova – Violins (they are twins), Merve Kenet – Viola and Hasan Moataz – Cello.
They played various pieces, including my favourite ‘Winter’ from Four Season by A.Piazzolla.
30.01.09 International Chamber Music Series Encore. from novita77 on Vimeo.
The audience were very enthusiastic that Sonja and Lilya and Alie performed an encore with ‘party trick’.
This will be a regular event from ASD, so if you miss this performance you can wait the following one coming.
The bread was also good, performed by Arirang, originally since 1978, sliced with crust and played in oven (able to take it home , my boys love it).
March 5th as Sonja Park told me today at school.
when is the next concert as youknow?
Yes she is a korean ... And who.am.i maybe next time i bumping into you in the next ASD recital :)
Have a good day.
Attractive? Maybe.. Haven't seen much of their faces..
Sure, will just ask a friend from ASD to buy me ticket and your son is really lucky! Judging by her name 'Park', she must be Korean! (:
who.am.i, not only the pieces were lovely, the ladies are all very attractive. Sonja Park is my son's piano teacher.
you should come and watch the recital next time :)
Those two are sisters aren't they! I thought the piece was lovely.

Vegas...awww thats soo nice to hear ;)
You can't teach experience...
It is always the lost that need my guidance
vegas....please can you give me a clue what you are on about?
That's a new one for me. It does sound nice to get a nice take home gift from a concert.
You can't teach experience...
lol, no Novita, I'm not a classical music type person, although its a nice sound I couldn't sit through a whole performance........
And SN ... do you like to go to classical musical stuffs ?
I am sorry SN ... now you are more funnier than the joke itself.
PMSL...it must be an American thing.....
sorry Deedee, british humour rubbing off on me.
Translation :
Event was sponsored by Arirang Bakery and audience got to take a loaf of bread each home.
PS : Joke was in context with the rest of the write up.
Please clarify---how can you perform bread and play it in an oven?
