I thought I would punt this onto the main forum to give would be attendees a "heads up" on what "can" happen at major sporting events here............... hopefully, the lessons of the Asian Cup Final have been learnt, but guess what!!!!!!

Oh yeah, I'm British (where we have the Olympics next year) and I'm jealous about the Arab Games being in Doha?!!

Ha ha ha ha ha! :D

Quite possibly the funniest thing I've ever read on here.

The critics are just jealous as usual. Just ignore.

The stadiums wont be allowed to be empty - they will be full(ish) of labourers wondering what the hell they are watching but nontheless glad of a day off from the construction site.

You know what its like here in event management terms - the evidence speaks for itself - why do people try to defend the indefencible??

At least in something like the Commonwealth Games you get to see world class athletes. Seriously, why would anybody bother watching the Arab Games? I'll bet that opening ceremony aside, the stadium is empty.

I would not pay to go. But if complimentary tickets came my way I would pop along and see what it's all about.

you are just full of negativism. You are even preempting it! You complain after the date and it may be reasonable. Now, tell me what is reasonable in your complaint now?

lets see these two naive heads keep tht positive outlook after the games.... hah!!! what a buncha brown nosers!!!

More slander. One person cannot find his tickets so bashers trash the entire games. Typical.

It's going to be second class games anyways. Are there any world record holders participating?
