I never met him when he had both legs, but his late Mother told me that in so many ways his accident was the making of him as a human-being!

The spirit of competition is clearly alive & well & whether able-bodied or disabled, we as a race thrive on that.
These people are the ones who've committed themselves to proving that they can be the best in their field.
