I know...... Can anyone clarify the RP application law. My second visit visa may run out again and I had been advised that my RP might be delayed due to the holiday coming up.

What this is catch 22? I have to leave the country, re enter, my RP application will be cancelled again bec i left the country and re apply again? then what? Or should I ask my husband to fire his PRO AND OFFICE MANAGER for giving us a wrong information.

Anyone??????

Unfortunately even applying visa for spouse is getting really hard not to mention extremely slow. My husband already received his RP 3 weeks ago and unfortunately I had to leave the country and back again as they were taking them a long time processing mine as a result my visit visa run out. Not just that when I left the country my RP application was cancelled and had to restart all over again.

To the best of my knowledge you will not be able to sponsor your mother for a RP. You can only sponsor a spouse and children.
