Any way to take force release from sponsor?

I am working in a construction company. My official designation is Computer Programmer, but I actually do not work as computer programmer. I was taking contract of building making, taking signature from the sponsor in work agreements and giving him 5% of the whole projects.

Recently I had a big clash with my sponsor because he is now asking for more share from my works (10% of the whole project!). I refused to do that. So he is threatening so cancel my visa and send me back home. He is not even willing to giving me any release letter so that I can change my sponsor.

Now, if any one can please tell me is there any way to take a force release from the sponsor by going to court? I haven't signed any salary sheet last 2.5 years (I've 6,000 riyal salary written in my employment contract). Will it help me in court/labour department in any way?

Thank you!

Is it possible to claim salary due, as I haven't signed any salary sheet so far?

I know a person who is doing same kind of business. It happened to him as well...and what he did was to find a more influencial local, offered him the same deal and the new sponsor dealt with the previous sponsor (his way). That person is still here working for his new sponsor...doing business & giving the same percentage as commission.

Yes, if you are making a decent margin then just pay the 10 % and carry on. Court can force him for release maybe but can't force for the NOC. You will be cooling your heels in your home country for atleast 2 years.

why dont you give 10% and keep quiet.

are you the owner of the business?

If you are a business owner, i think you have other recourse, since you have put money into the country, so to speak, but if you are a regular employee (QR6000) salary, then as far as i know, you will have to leave if he cancells your visa.

Even the judiciary bodies here cannot intervene in terms of NOC. issuing NOC is the sole discretion of your sponsor.

Your just wasting your time if you will proceed to do so.

I am sure that you can file the case, but then they will surly cancel your visa, then even when you win the case you get to go home, then the whole 2 year thing and you can not come back.
