Any place to report annoying callers??

I have been getting some annoying calls to my home in the early hours of the morning. They might have obtained the number from some classified ads I had put in paper recently for household matters. Can someone advise if there is a police body or another appropriate place to report these anti social elements?

its near QNB off corniche very near Almana showroom. By phone it wont help go there personally
