It's been a long, long time since I checked QL out last.
I used to check at least every 30 mins once upon a time.

Way back in time, the first thing I would do when I woke up was check QL. Then in work absolutely any opportunity to refresh the threads was taken. A quick comment or blank stare and back to work again. And at night the last thing I did before sleeping was check QL one last time. I have much to be thankful to QL for, it made such a big difference to me during my early years here. It's great to see you all again :D
This post has brought many old timers back to the main stage , nice to see our MM , an ever shining star of QL.

Don't do much photography these days Brit buddy. To busy doing nothing on my days off ;) Mainly tourist type stuff on my travels, no arty stuff anymore.
Timebandit: Great idea about a reunion. We could meet up at Rizks' Emporium and quaff a few Karak's whilst you get your bicycle clips refurbished.

I remember timebandit. And so many other users. I switched to read mode only because I was sick to death of a particularly stupid and particularly annoying QLer who would comment on EVERY post. He completely ruined the QL experience so I decided to check in, but to stop posting. Only a matter of time before he comments 100 times on this post too I guess!
Blimey!! That's a surprise. I thought this post would have tumbleweed blowing through it for months before I got a reply. Fantastic to hear from you all again. I'm still here. Going to still be here for quite some time yet me thinks.
Real shame about the current way QL operates, but hey these days there is Twitter which is what I mainly use now (iCandy_pw if you are interested). Hmmm... someone should organise a class reunion for us. In fact I think QL should organise it and foot the bill for it as we are the ones who got QL to where it is today in one way or another.

Every time my comments were censored I made a new user name. From MagicDragon to Boston, from Boston to Spock, from Spock to Thelonius, from Thelonius to Khalliwalli, and now to Wild Turkey. I can't stand it when they "review" my posts although "QatarLiving is not responsible for any material submitted to the site." as they claim.
