Any local online brokers?

Anybody know of a local online stockbroker? Tried e-trade in Dubai. They said I must be worth one million bucks before they would open an account for me....... (Wonder what he had been taking). If I had a million bucks i would be lying on a trashfree beach somewhere not watching my monthly salary diminish at an alarming rate.
