Any affordable GYM here in Qatar?

hello,
just wanna inquire if somebody of you have the idea where here in Qatar have the Affordable Gym, Are they accepting monthly installment basis or pay all the gym fee in one payment? How much should you pay to become a member and for how long? is there any room for women?, men? or mix. Any requirements needed if i will enroll in the gym? is it limited or unlimited? Is anybody here going to the Gym? any idea wanna share? Can you share what did you do when you went to the gym for the first time? will someone assist you? or they will just ignore you and let them do what you want?

thanks for your help....

pwb78 and novita77: Thanks for the advice. Since I'm still in Malaysia at the moment, I'll try to get some advice from the Embassy of Qatar here.

tcoff, thanks for the info, i've tried inquiring but it is too much, here are the details if you wont mind:

single - 5,000+

couple - 6,000+ (requirements: bring marriage certificate)

unlimited and until 10 pm that's what i recall dont have idea after eid and ramadan for there timing sched

all mix plus extra charge for the instructor or just ask for a little help. so i try to choose an affordable one. cannot compensate the membership fee ( hope everybody understand), they don't require installment basis, once you get in you have to pay the full amount.

well like you said great gym but the price is great as well.

ste - Qataris can use the Aspire facilities for free but the programs are for any nationality who wants to pay to join. Check the above link and you can navigate around to some prices.

ya buddy, there are many gym's in doha, but taking in to consideration of Affordable ones, i suggested you this place. i've left from there and now nowhere i'm bit slacky. But soon i will.

They have complete excercise equipments, the problem is that i dont see an instructor(during my timings), btw it isn't a big deal to learn. I prefer go there in person and you'll get a clear picture and ensure its for your standard. if you are so busy look for my post after 2 days, i'll collect there numbers, so you can call.

I've trained there for around 4 months. Its usually very calm & not crowded. But being a beginer, i prefer you bring a partner for you to work with who knows a bit about gym workouts.

I advise you personally pay a visit to ensure it suits your taste, they dont require anything other than your ID card... Sorry, i dont have their numbers. They have seperate timings for ladies. They have heavy excercise equipments for men at the mezanine floor, so it wont be a problem at all for ladies.

if its for females this is the right choice for you.

1. near by HOT BREAD in Najma, exactly next to NAPOLI building(Residential accomodation for Qatar Airways staffs/hostess) inside a residential compound. Charge Qr.400 for 6 months.

They dont allow men during female excersise sessions.

hi

Good day & hope u r well. Ya there are many affordable GYM's here in doha.

1. near by HOT BREAD in Najma, exactly next to NAPOLI building(Residential accomodation for Qatar Airways staffs/hostess) inside a residential compound. Charge Qr.400 for 6 months.

2. Exactly opposite to shaheen shop in muntazah street named INDO QATAR. There are many trainers available for assitance. Qr.300 for 6 months. They do accept monthly payments.

But because they are afforadable, they have lack of advanced equipments like steam bath, sauna etc., But its well worth for beginners to start with for an year.
