I've had this problem this recently where during my holiday to my homeland the fence separating my villa with others was broken down by a group of people from Egypt. They left some bruises on my car paint and cement droplets which are hard to be removed despite many thorough washes. I made few complaints about it to their manager but he turned deaf ears and say it is my mistake. Ohh yes, before that he said I dont speak English but I i said I spoke with you once in English!!! what the hell!!cheating!!!

What mistake if they entering my compouand without my knowledge. They insisted that it is not their mistake. I had this morning confronted with them and ended up going to the authority but my complaint has fallen on a deaf ear. What can I do to make my right stand?

With manager....my neighbour-to-be is contracted them for putting up a villa next to my villa. The existed fence was removed in order for a new one to be put up. These people are stupid enough to invade my compound and brought down the old one just a meter away from my car...My neighbour seen it and of course there is no other neighbour on the other side of my villa since the villa is being put up.

I'm a little confused. Is your gripe with the manager or with the neighbors? If, as you say, all this happened while you were gone it may be hard to prove exactly who did the damage to your car.
