Amazing - England win again!

England are in the final of the cricket and face the Aussies. After a poor start they made a fantastic comeback to defeat New Zealand.  Things are looking up for the World Cup.

Does anyone know if the World Cup will be shown live on TV in Doha?

Thanks,

Now its time for them to sleep. One tournament win a year is more than enough for them.

What great timing to start hitting some decent form.

I do understand that India and Pak. both has very failed to prove themselves recently. But WI pitches as very slow pitches. It's no longer those pace paradise. A team who can have a good start and then they have a team to capitalise on it will do it. NZ have Oram and England is enjoying Flintoff and Peterson. But I am not sure whether they can adjust on those pitches or not. And hey.. guess what England is playing in the group with Australia...

I differ with ITguy on Pak/India since their recent performance in South Africa left a lot to be desired. Interestingly enough, their longer batting line ups collapsed during that tour. I would rather go for NZ/England for the fourth spot.

You can see the world cup on the ten sports (available with Pehla connection).

I am sure one of the channel in Orbit connection will show the world cup.

I believe that England team deserved to be in the final just with the fact that they have beaten Aussies in one of the match in the tournament. But I have a doubt that they can reach semis in world cup.

Following is my list of the team who can win the cup (in order)

1) Aussies (will be suprised if not win the cup)

2) South Africa

3) West Indies (benefit of home series)

4) Pak / India (because of longer batting lineup)
