OK so not football. What about an India cricket shirt?

Most people in India support Man Utd or Liverpool, if u want 2 give football tshirt only. But u gotta b careful If he supports liverpool u dont wanna hand him a ManU shirt. Cricket shirts are safer bet.

i really dont think if you will find cricket shirt other than those white one with straps in Olympic sports shop which is in Doha Jadeed.

and for football shirts you will have to go to Souq Asiri on first floor plenty of shops there.
