Adjusting to Qatar culture & work environment

I am a Filipina, currently located in the Philippines. I am going to Doha on a visit visa, courtesy of a sponsorship from my fiance. I am planning to get a job in the fields of Marketing, Communications, PR & Advertising within the allowable time of the visa.

Do you think I can easily get a decent job in the said fields and if accepted, do companies provide sponsorship for a working visa easily?

Also, I'd like to know about the culture, in general. Are they strict about dress codes? How about the crime rate? Have you heard about any unpleasant stories about Filipina professionals being mistreated?

I really hope that you can share with me your thoughts. I really like to migrate to Qatar so I can be closer to my fiance but I am having doubts about the adjustments.
