Adi Bin Hatem Street - Where is Ashghal?!?

We live in one of the apartments building near Giant Store. It has been over a month since some Ashghal contractor started digging our street. Digging work continued for one week. Then worked suddenly and it has been now more than three weeks that a single piece is moved! I don’t understand what Asghal is trying to prove? We are now having a serious parking problem on the road side. At least one accident is occurring everyday due to these openings.

Is there anyway to escalate this to ASHGHAL management or some other high officials?

Please share your thoughts. It’s creating a huge hazard for kids as well. Today’s rain is further contributing to it.
