AC Delco - Bad Service

I have just received my car back from AC Delco, where they had it for 3 days for some maintenance.
Unfortunately, during this time, they dropped something against the bumper, and have damaged it.
The garage now say that a car is left with AC Delco at the owners own risk, and they are not responsible for any damage that may occur.
This is a disgusting attitude!
I am following up this case with senior management at AC Delco, but just thought I would warn yourselves.
Do you think he can do that and risk his job? Let's see.

Thanks Mr. Tarun for the right advise. I do face the same issue all over the service industry in Qatar and since i'm one of it. I follow the same procedure.
Unless Staff are empowered to support the customers, you will always face this problem. And this comes from the organization head. We promise to continually improve to meet/exceed our customer expectations.

Can I ask you why didn't you call the customer service number posted at the entrance of the center?
My direct number and the assistant manager is mentioned there.
Just to let you know, I had recieved a few complaints about the same and I had changed the Manager of the branch.

Thanks for reporting that incident happened earlier in our branch of ACDelco Airport. Appreciate informing concerned community members that it was resolved. But, You seem forgetting the nice compliments that you gave us after receiving your car later. Anyways, You are welcome always and we are at your service.

i would never take my car there again! when i took my GMC for an oil change they were very very rude towards me, and told me to wait. After 45 mins i asked how much longer, and the big guy there just said 'i told you to wait, so why are you asking me!' so rude. i just got in my car and drove off to Teyseer instead.
yes, dont both with AC delco. they have no customer service like most garages here!
I finally got a result from AC declo, after i complained to their regional manager, and now the car is being fixed.
unfortuately, the staff at the branch are not happy at my complaint.................
Submit your complaint in writing along with pictures to workshop management and ask them to give response in writing....often junior staff in workshops do not know the consequences of their ignorance in responding to customers.
Hope your matter resolves soon.
