yes Fathima, It`s really a good to walk in the winter. I like to walk while it`s little cool outside. Are you working today?
Yes that's true...not very effective then to lose weight. I prefer walking. Specially in winter!
Good morg Fathima, What you said is really right. But swimming is an important matter to discuss also. Especially most of us has no excercise and getting fat. what I observed from swimming is, the bad thing that after swimming you will feel so hungry and you will feel to eat more.....
There are lot of other things to discuss too..like the UN's gay rights move, Boycott Israel move, there are couple or so topics on love....phew! You certainly are missin out if you don't jump in and join one of em fast now,bro...Go on, knock y'self out. Oh and hi your self! And yeah we miss her too *sniff sniff*
