'3 Idiots' out in theaters!

its really a rocking movie pls do watch!!!!

well, actually this guy (Sahil Rizwan) wrote a similar review of Kurbaan & apparently Pritish Nandi published it on twitter. Karan Johar got real pissed off with this. So, not everybody takes it in the same spirit.

Well, when I watched the movie, I could figure out a lot of goof-ups & lame jokes. This review just re-affirmed them. Anyways, I am hooked onto the site now. The guy is a genius. Although I feel bollywood movies are soft targets, many of them begging to be spoofed at (latest examples: dance pe chance, pyaar impossible, veer etc.).

under comic section.......the reviewer would never enjoys any bollywood movie.

Yes, the messages are crystal clear to let make our child grow up in open environment, allow them to take independent decisions and allow them to follow their passions rather pounced them with parents's own old fasioned theories and unacceptable wishes :)

Second message on India's over stresssful education system and those parrots, who cleared their exams in flying colors, without making any sense in practice/application in real life.

I agreed that few of the plots look unrealistic, where Aamir (extra witty) give out free advises to everybody from his room-mates to Dean without serious objections.

I saw the movie....

it is really a fabulous movie, which won't keep you distracted even for a moment. Continuous reality laughter punches with several social messages.....

Some instances looks 'not practical' even.

A brilliant movie to watch with family and obviously cherish all our college days :)

IIM Bangalore.....got really nice college campus.

If one have good sense of humour even the old jokes, which we heard many years before tickles you....like Munnabhai and Hera Pheri...I could watch 100 times (keeping time gaps) and will definitely enjoy!

verisimilitude, I agree with you - its not Hirani's best work but its entertaining nevertheless. Btw, did you check out how beautiful our campus looks in the movie? I can watch it over & over again just to see our campus :)

When I was told by Texas Ranger that it was shot in our college, I was expecting a few shots but I was pleasantly surprised that atleast 60% seemed to be shot at the campus

There was one shot where Madhavan walked past my room :-D

Maybe that's why I got a 'been there, done that' feeling throughout the entire movie!!

worth watching but not in the same class of other recent Aamir Khan movies that I've gotten used to seeing, maybe am spoilt :-)

But whenever I watch a Hirani movie, I get the feeling that he tries to cram too many of those smart alec jokes that you get from email forwards...

for instance... starting induction motor joke.... heard it before

the definition of machine joke... read it before...

the astronaut pen joke... old one again...

the sanskrit joke about farting... heard that one before...

there are a few others too which I can't recollect but... those jokes lack originality...

I felt the same way when I watched Munnabhai... but that was a better movie in my opinion...

OK guys, I checked out the movie last night. It has got some good comic scenes but the film tries too hard to be deliver a message. I would give it 3/5. Its passable but with Aamir & Hirani, I expected better.

....had plans to watch the 2PM show...but missed it :(

will surely go to watch it tomorrow afternoon....Insh'Allah.
