call them, they will explain to you what happened to your cash back. maybe your account is deliquent. check if your card was used in travel related expenses.

they did live upto their promise. best banking experience.. 25% cash back credited to my credit card. thanks Doha bank.

i just recive my bill statment the cash back amount is deducted from my billing amount.

1stly u need to know what is cash back .Banks are not fools why would some one pay for your stuff.Petrol cash back when u use ur card there is 5 % taken from ur card extra if u notice this get refunded called Fuel cash back.

joe, they send MMS to me and all my collegue that if we use it in duty free airport and to any international transaction u'll get 25% cash back, if this is a "scam" at least we know that they are trying to cheat us using this idiotic excercise...

I am surprised how can some one think that a Bank can give you 25% of the purchase cost back just if you use their Credit card. It makes all realise, how easy it is to people like you run after such advertisement. God Save
