2022 and property rentals
Does anyone know if there is going to be any large scale building of apartments and Villas to cope with the vast amount of people that will be arriving in Doha from about 2015 to build and manage all the construction projects.
Rents will be unaffordable across all sectors if supply does not match demand.
There are plenty of empty places at the moment. But if it does get a bit frisky (as it did in the build-up to Asian Games), you should expect a higher accommodation allowance.

There obviously will be massive construction sactivities al over the country.And not just Villas and residential units but recreational and leisure facilities as well.
steve there are many empty properties . take up your job and come down lol. your employer will increase your allowance of 12k according to the raise n the market ;)
