wouldn't it be nice if they gave us an option to retain our exisiting mobile numbers like the way they do it in the UAE?i mean,over there if the number Etisalat gave you is...say 050-123456,then you had a option to select a number from Du (the other provider) that goes like 055-123456.....neat,huh?

This offer valid for only 2 months. We need to pay 70QR on each month. So the total package will be 1400QR. But Vodafone is not sure abt the balance amount in this package will be carry forward to their original package. The decision is not taken yet by Vodafone.
Vodafone has only given 1000 sim card to people who registered longback on their website. The 1000 users are to report issues with service/network during next 2 months.
Sim cards would be available to general public by end of July or start of August.

The first 3 digits of vodafone starts from 795. This first 3 dogits are fixed for the 1st 1000 numbers. eg. 7950000

mine is working in Airport/ Najma/ Mansoura/ Corniche
but no coverage in Bin Omran and Al Rowda area :-/
