Aqua Park Qatar is kicking off the Eid al-Fitr festivities with a pirate-themed event to take place from the first day of Eid and is to last for five consecutive days, from 3:00 to 9:30 PM.

Aqua Park’s event will be centered on providing a destination for families and children to enjoy a refreshing yet active day by the cool water.

Throughout these five days, there will be a variety of amusements and entertaining activities on offer for all children. Kids can participate in water ball racing, an activity where they can climb into a large inflatable plastic sphere that they can then steer across the water between bars and cones, making their way to the finish line.

In addition, children will be able to test their throwing skills in a “Pirates Battle” activity, where they will have to get the balls inside the canon holes of the pirate ship to win.

There will also be wet sponge throwing and face painting – a children’s favorite! And, if that’s not enough, kids are guaranteed to enjoy the large bouncy castle and the human-sized cartoon character that will be mingling with the crowd.

This is the first of many exciting upcoming events we have planned for the year ahead.

A total of 160,000 people visited Aqua Park in 2013, and, the total for this year is an expected 170,000.

The park has reserved Fridays as family days, and Tuesdays as female-only days, where no bachelors are allowed in, to give a chance for families and women to enjoy a private and comfortable visit to the park. However, these exceptions do not apply during Eid.
