When Hamas was democratically elected

KHL closed 1704212308

We all know that in Palestine there are so many political parties,
among those parties and in 2006 election Hamas won the election with a 77% victory...AGAIN a 77%.... Most of the Arab countries and all of the west countries baned dealing with the new government "because" they say that the new Hamas Government has to recognize the following:

1- the Jewish country and the Arab country " 2 states"
2- all the accordance that was "signed"

Now we all see all the countries, "all of them" who actually created what is called now Israel.." Europe,Uk,USA and Russia" dealing with the new Zionist government who does not recognize any of the above criteria.

Why do u think is that!!

"I believe that Hamas should be recognized as the elected leaders of Gaza"

There was a Palestinean elections and the people of Palestine elected Hamas.

But the Americans (who elected the shit called obama) don't want democracy in Palestine. They are willing to slaughter the people, as long as these people are supporting and electing a government that refuses to recognize the zionist occupation of Palestine.

This is why Hillary announced today that America will not deal with any Palestinean government, if it included Hamas members. Talk about 'democracy' of the 'west'..ha!

"and one last thing..i know u was not there, the problem is when u defend a criminal.. and u was not there when the crime was committed."

You're right. I wasn't there in 1948.

Were you?

Pretty soon nobody will be able to hold what you perceive to be a valid opinion on the conflict. Israel has been a state now for over 60 years. In another 10-20 years most of the people (on both sides) who were living during the time it was created will be dead.

Then what?

KHL: Using your own argument, do you know how was it called Israel, palestina and jordania 2000 years ago?

I tell you, it was a Roman province called Israel.

Before i convert to Islam, i was used to see cartoons making fun of christianism and no one ever asked to kill the authors, it's called sense of humour, some may like others may not but it's an individual choice and Allah is the one who'll judge us, not any other mortal.

Well again the question was so clear "unless" it is not for you and who ever don't want to be clear ....

Any way as i said earlier...different culture "news channels, book stores, school curriculum or a natzi'zionest friends" make you believe that a holocaust denier is stupid..but its okay to draw a nasty cartoons.

and regarding the passports..do u really think a 100 years ago was there any passports...let me but it this way... if ur grandfather father was travailing from England to Spain did he need then a passport to do so..a 100 years ago...regardless from the answer despite i know it's NO

Palestine use to be one part of a huge Arab world, then there was no boarders and states called Palestine or Saudi or what ever. its now days like if ur travailing from Seattle to Denver...Or from Indiana to L.A ..offcurse there is no government in Seattle nor in Denver and so on....After the WW1 this huge Arab world was divided in to small cantons, Please refer to "Sykes–Picot secret Agreement in 1915" if u wud like to know more about this issue..but please bare in mind that the history is usually written by the war winner so they write it the way they want... but at least some one can read bits of facts in between.

and one last thing..i know u was not there, the problem is when u defend a criminal.. and u was not there when the crime was committed.

there isn't even a question listed in the original post.

At most, one might be able to say that the last sentence is a question (minus an actual question mark) -- but it asks "Why do u think is that" -- asking for personal opinions.

I think most folks HAVE chimed in with their opinion, so they have answered that question.

I don't have a problem with people criticizing the Holocaust. If they deny it, I personally think they're pretty stupid, but if they want to criticize it, they can go ahead. Likewise with the Danish cartoons -- I fully supported them. Free speech for all! :-)

Re: my comment about Palestine never being a country - The historical region of Palestine was a recognized area, but never has there been a proper country with its own government called "Palestine, or people with passports hailing from "Palestine". THAT was my point. I fully appreciate that many people consider themselves 'Palestinians', people who have generations of family coming from that part of the world.

How dare you saying that "there has never been a country called Palestine"...Its like some says ur father doesn't exist 9Months before u was born".. Any way due to different back grounds some one might understand that you have been through differen culture "news channels, book stores, school curriculum or a natzi'zionest friends" ... like for example to draw a nasty cartoons for a religion figure is ok ...but to criticize the Holocaust it's not..at some point it reminds some one with a movie back in year 2000 called the MATRIX..in that movie most of the people are told what to think!!!

The main thing is "please all shud notice that" NONE of the above answers sctually answered the question in fact some of them answered it by asking questions!!!

During our school / college studies, we are taught theories and once we enter in practical life, practice is different.

Result is before us miseries all over around. Champions of democracy are the one who never digest other nation's democratically out come of results. These champions of democracy are seen practical dictators and not only dictators - kidnapers of the people elected representatives.

What I said before in my earlier post was merely my attempt to answer the question of why many western countries refuse to recognize or deal with Hamas.

And at least the western countries and the Arab countries altogether recognized Yasser Arafat and his PLO. Hamas was a pain in Arafat's arse since.

Good question.

Answer - the aim is to spread dar al-Islam as much as possible - nowhere is off limits; hatred of Jews is fundamentally enshrined in their thinking anyhow; the success of the Israelis in making the desert 'bloom' is a reminder of their own inability to advance technologically, scientifically and economically - thus it all must be a 'conspiracy' since their own lack of development cannot be explained in any other way - (compare the number of books published and patents granted between Israel and the entire surrounding Middle East)

Even if Israel did not exist, the Arabs would need to invent something like it to blame their own failures on.

there has never been a country called Palestine.

Do I really think God gave them this land? I don't know...I wasn't around back then. But the same way you're asking "when did He do this, why didn't He give the Jews the strength to stay there, etc." -- someone could say the same about the current situation: if the Palestinians and Muslims were truly meant to be there, then why isn't God helping them more? It that's the logic you're going to use, then it's clear who God wants to inhabit that piece of land, because the Jews definitely seem to have the upper hand.

Certainly the Jews think that God promised them that land. Probably the same way that Muslims believe that they have a mandate to make ALL of that area an Islamic state.

But all of this is a little off topic. What I said before in my earlier post was merely my attempt to answer the question of why many western countries refuse to recognize or deal with Hamas. Maybe they will change their tune and start to work with them, but I can certainly understand why they might choose not to.

And is this any different than many Arab countries refusing to have diplomatic ties or deal with Israel? All countries have a right to set their own policies about who they will and won't have relations with. There are certainly risks to not dealing with certain players, but as long as countries accept those consequences, I guess it's their choice to make.

But they also sponsor repeated suicide bombings and launch rocket attacks against Israel. Their charter calls for the establishment of an Islamic state in what is now Israel, Gaza and the West Bank. When they speak about Israel, they talk as if its existence is an affront against God, something they long to wipe off the face of the earth. They regularly incite hatred and violence and Jews and Israelis.

So are you truly surprised that they are considered a terrorist organization by many western nations and organizations, and that many refuse to deal with or recognize their authority?

There's nothing wrong with Hamas winning an election democratically. Their set back is that their organisation promotes voilence in their struggle. One thing for sure they are committed to the destruction of then Isreal which is unacceptable to many western nations. Isn't it time for them to change for the better and for recognition throught out the world. We are not living in this world alone do we?
