they can't for many reasons:

1-politic will talk, and helping people against the government means against Iran. and they don't want to wake the sleeping monster now.

2- those people who are making the crimes are covering among civilians , so you can't identify clear objects from the sky.

3- preventing media from entering these areas so you will not be able to make a clear judgment of what is happening there but some people are leaking videos through youtube or similar websites.

A sad state of affairs indeed. Don't worry, those who gave their lives will be heroes in the long run..

By the way, have you tried requesting that the Allies send drones or aircraft to help the rebels to stop them from being massacred ?

Same was happening in my country a year back. I know what you feel and being away from your family its a hard part. Be strong, Pray for them!
